United Homes Group Board Shuffles Leadership

United Homes Group (UHG) has provided an announcement.

David Hamamoto stepped down from his role on United Homes Group’s Board, effective immediately, with no disagreements cited. Shortly after, James M. Pirrello, with extensive experience in homebuilding and financial leadership, was appointed to fill the vacancy. A seasoned professional, Pirrello brings a wealth of knowledge from previous high-level positions and academic achievements, including two MBAs. His appointment is part of the board’s standard compensation structure, and it was announced in a press release by the company.
