United Food Holdings Limited has announced a new Cooperation Agreement with Shenzhen Shareihome Technology Co., Ltd. and its holding company, following the expiration of a previous deal focused on developing Agricultural AI and IoT technologies. The Group had previously invested RMB35 million and provided a RMB50 million loan to support SST’s expansion in smart equipment R&D. This new agreement signifies continued partnership and investment in the burgeoning field of intelligent technology.
