United Food Holdings Ltd. has announced the resignations of Mr Fan, Yandong, Executive Director, and Mr Jin Chao, Chief Financial Officer, both effective from 31 July 2024. The company’s Board and Board Committees will see a reshuffle, although the Board Committees’ composition will remain the same. In the meantime, the finance manager and his team will assume interim finance management responsibilities while the company seeks replacements.
