United Energy Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Yiu Chi Shing as the new Executive Director and Vice Chairman, effective from September 18, 2024. Mr. Yiu, who holds a plethora of prestigious positions and accolades, now owns a significant 23.15% share of the company. His initial term will conclude at the next annual general meeting, where he may stand for re-election.
