United Energy Group Limited has announced a special dividend of HK$0.04 per share, amounting to approximately HK$1.04 billion, to be distributed on October 21, 2024, to shareholders on record as of October 3, 2024. Share transfers must be registered by September 30, 2024, to qualify for the dividend, during which time the register of members will be closed. This move comes as a gesture of appreciation to the company’s supporters.
