United Airlines Holdings, Inc. has expanded its Board by welcoming Michelle Freyre as a new independent director, effective April 1, 2024. Her term will extend to the next Annual Meeting, where she’ll stand for election by shareholders. Additionally, Ms. Freyre joins the Finance and Public Responsibility Committees of the Board. This announcement comes as Carolyn Corvi and James A. C. Kennedy prepare to retire from the Board at the end of their terms. The changes reflect the company’s ongoing governance evolution and do not stem from any internal disagreements.
