Unite Group plc (GB:UTG) has released an update.
Unite Group PLC has announced that approximately 25.65% of its share capital opted for an enhanced scrip dividend for the 2023 final dividend, resulting in the issuance of 2,737,854 new ordinary shares. These shares will be listed on the UK’s Premium Segment and the London Stock Exchange, effective from 24 May 2024. Shareholders participating in the scrip dividend will receive their share certificates or CREST account credits on the same date.
