Unite Group plc (GB:UTG) has released an update.
Unite Group PLC, a prominent UK provider of student accommodation, has announced the appointment of Ross Paterson as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee. Paterson will also take on the role of Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Bytes Technology Group plc starting 1 June 2024. Unite Group is known for its extensive portfolio, housing 70,000 students across 157 properties and its commitment to sustainability with a goal of net zero carbon by 2030.
