Unilever PLC has announced an update on its voting rights and capital structure, revealing a total issued share capital of 2,521,497,338 ordinary shares as of June 30, 2024. The company reports that 22,571,859 shares are held as treasury shares and 2,575,900 are owned by the Unilever group, with neither category having exercisable voting rights. Shareholders can use the remaining 2,496,349,579 shares with voting rights as a reference for any required notifications of their stake changes in the company.
