Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.
Unilever PLC has announced its issued share capital at the end of May 2024, confirming a total of 2,521,497,338 ordinary shares, with 18,339,592 held as treasury shares and 2,583,394 held by the Unilever group without exercisable voting rights. Consequently, the total number of shares with voting rights stands at 2,500,574,352. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator to determine the need to disclose changes in their stake as per UK’s financial regulations.
