Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.
Unilever PLC has announced the buy-back of 100,000 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging between GBP 44.9800 and GBP 45.3200 per share, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program. Following the transaction, the company now holds 26,845,447 shares in treasury out of the 2,494,651,891 total issued shares (excluding treasury shares). The shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange through Goldman Sachs International.
