Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.
Unilever PLC has actively bought back 200,000 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging between GBP 43.5700 and GBP 43.8800, with a volume-weighted average price of GBP 43.7231. The repurchased shares are to be held in treasury, contributing to the company’s ongoing share buy-back initiative. Following this transaction, Unilever’s treasury holds over 21 million shares, with a total of 2.5 billion shares issued and outstanding.
