Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.
Unilever PLC has executed a buy-back of 100,000 of its own shares via the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging from GBP 44.2400 to GBP 44.5100 per share, averaging at GBP 44.4128. These shares will be held in treasury, contributing to the company’s ongoing repurchase program and leaving Unilever with a total of 22,871,859 treasury shares and 2,498,625,479 shares in issue.
