Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.
Unilever PLC has recently executed a buy-back of 200,000 of its ordinary shares through transactions on the London Stock Exchange, at prices ranging between GBP 44.2300 and GBP 44.4300 per share. The shares are to be held in treasury as part of Unilever’s ongoing share repurchase initiative. Following this purchase, the company’s treasury now holds 22,771,859 ordinary shares, with the total shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) standing at 2,498,725,479.
