Unilever Executes Share Buy-Back on LSE

Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.

Unilever PLC has repurchased 346,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange as part of its ongoing share buy-back program, with prices ranging between GBp 4,817.00 and GBp 4,867.00 per share. Post-purchase, Unilever now holds over 32 million shares in treasury. The buy-back initiative, executed through BNP Paribas Financial Markets, is aimed at reducing the company’s share capital and providing shareholder returns.
