Unilever Executes Major Share Buyback

Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.

Unilever PLC has announced a significant share buyback, purchasing 435,000 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange. The shares, bought through BNP Paribas Financial Markets, will be held in treasury, contributing to Unilever’s ongoing share buy-back program. Following the transaction, Unilever’s treasury holds over 33 million shares, with the volume-weighted average price paid per share at GBp 4,848.26.
