Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.
Unilever PLC has issued a correction regarding its previously released numbers on voting rights and issued share capital. The accurate count as of August 30, 2024, is 2,489,890,369 ordinary shares with voting rights, excluding treasury shares and those held by Unilever group companies which are not exercisable. Shareholders can use this figure as a benchmark for reporting changes in their holdings as per UK regulatory requirements.
