Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.
Unilever PLC has announced the appointment of Benoît Potier as a Non-Executive Director, effective from January 2025. Potier, with a background in leading global industrial and consumer goods companies, brings extensive experience to Unilever’s Audit and Corporate Responsibility Committees. His previous roles include CEO and Chairman of Air Liquide and board positions at Siemens AG, Danone, and Michelin.
