UniDoc Health Corp. has announced a 2:1 share split to enhance the liquidity of its common shares, set to take effect after approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange. This will result in the doubling of the company’s issued and outstanding shares to approximately 27.36 million. The record date for the split is April 2, 2024, with trading on a split-adjusted basis beginning on April 1, 2024.
