Uni-President China Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Uni-President China Holdings (HK:0220) has released an update.

Uni-President China Holdings Ltd. successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting with shareholders approving key resolutions, including the audited financial statements, the election and retirement of directors, and a final dividend payment for the year ended December 31, 2023. Shareholders also granted the board a mandate to allot and issue shares, repurchase company shares, and incorporate repurchased shares into the general mandate.
