Uni-President China Holdings Ltd. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.4245 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at the rate of 0.4663 per share, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09853. The dividend is set to be paid on 19 June 2024, following shareholder approval on 31 May 2024.
