Under Armour Executive Shifts and Strategic Brand Acquisition

Under Armour (UA) has issued an update.

Under Armour, Inc. is undergoing notable executive changes with Jim Dausch, the Chief Consumer Officer, set to depart at the end of August 2024, while Eric Liedtke is slated to step in as Executive Vice President, Brand Strategy, after the company acquires the eco-conscious brand UNLESS COLLECTIVE, INC. This acquisition is expected to be completed in the second fiscal quarter of 2025. The company’s future-oriented statements indicate a strategic direction but come with the usual disclaimer of potential risks and unpredictability inherent in forward-looking assertions.
