ULVAC, Inc. has announced its decision to pay a higher dividend of ¥144 per share for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, an increase from the previously forecasted ¥114 per share, in alignment with their policy of raising the consolidated dividend payout ratio to 35% or more. The total dividend amount is set at ¥7,107 million, with the payout sourced from retained earnings to support R&D and strengthen the company’s financial base. The decision will be presented for approval at the upcoming 120th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
