Ultimate Products PLC, known for owning prominent homeware brands such as Salter and Beldray, has announced the buyback and cancellation of 20,689 of its ordinary shares at a price of 145 pence each through Cavendish Securities plc. This move is part of a share buyback program initiated earlier in May and results in a new total of 88,394,566 issued shares, which sets the figure for shareholders to calculate their percentage holdings. The company highlights its significant presence in UK households and its broad retailer network across 38 countries, offering products in categories ranging from appliances to heating and cooling.
