UP Global Sourcing Holdings (GB:ULTP) has released an update.
Ultimate Products plc, the owner of renowned homeware brands like Salter and Beldray, has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 15,541 of its own shares at a price of 145.2 pence each, as part of its share buyback program initiated in May 2024. This move will leave the company with an issued share capital of 88,515,450 shares, which will serve as the denominator for shareholders to calculate their percentage holdings. The cancellation is expected to potentially affect the voting rights and share value for existing shareholders.
