Ultimate Products plc, renowned for owning historic homeware brands like Salter and Beldray, reported the completion of a share buyback transaction, purchasing 7,095 shares at 153.5 pence each, which are to be cancelled, thereby adjusting the total voting rights within the company. The move is part of a share buyback program initiated in May 2024 to enhance shareholder value. The cancellation of the shares will change the company’s issued share capital to 88,917,227 Ordinary Shares.
