Ultimate Products, known for historic homeware brands such as Salter and Beldray, has announced the completion of a share buyback with the purchase and cancellation of 6,660 ordinary shares at a price of 144 pence each. Post-cancellation, the company’s issued share capital stands at 88,878,047 ordinary shares, which sets the new denominator for shareholders to calculate their percentage holdings. The operation was conducted through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited, reflecting the company’s ongoing strategy to enhance shareholder value.
