UP Global Sourcing Holdings (GB:ULTP) has released an update.
Ultimate Products, a major player in the homeware brands sector, has announced the buyback and cancellation of 6,150 of its ordinary shares, at a price of 148 pence per share, through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited. The transaction will result in a revised total of 88,760,872 issued shares, reflecting the new total voting rights for shareholders. The company is well-known for owning historical brands such as Salter and Beldray and has a strong retail presence across 38 countries.
