Ultimate Products PLC has announced a change in its leadership, with Jim McCarthy set to step down as Non-Executive Chair on July 31, 2024, to be succeeded by Christine Adshead. McCarthy, who has been instrumental in guiding the company since its IPO, will pass the baton to Adshead, a former PwC Partner with extensive experience in transaction advisory services and governance. The transition is expected to continue the company’s ambitious growth strategy and maintain its position in the homeware brands market.
