UIL Limited has announced a merger between General Provincial Life Pension Fund Limited (GPLPFL) and Union Mutual Pension Fund Limited (UMPFL), resulting in GPLPFL owning all the ordinary shares previously held by UMPFL. Duncan Saville’s overall interest in UIL’s shares remains unchanged. This transaction is part of a broader financial restructuring involving various trusts.
