UIL Limited is set to take over Zeta Resources Limited by acquiring all shares held by General Provincial Life Pension Fund Limited (GPLPF), consequently owning 95.03% of Zeta’s share capital. The deal involves UIL transferring its investment in Allectus Capital Limited and issuing new shares to GPLPF, with the transaction valued based on the net asset values as of October 8, 2024. This acquisition is anticipated to be finalized around October 14, 2024, with UIL’s share structure expanding and GPLPF’s ownership increasing to 69% post-acquisition.
