UGI Corporation has announced the retirement of Robert F. Beard, their Chief Operations Officer, effective December 31, 2024. His departure is amicable, with no disputes over company operations or practices. The COO position will be dissolved and Beard’s duties redistributed among other executives. Post-retirement, Beard will serve as an advisor to the company and will receive severance benefits as per the company’s Executive Severance Plan.
