Ucommune International Ltd has announced significant changes to its board, accepting the resignations of directors Cheong Kwok Mun, Jian Zhang, and Xianhao Gu for personal reasons. In their stead, the company has appointed Wei Hu and Gray Zhu to its board, both bringing extensive experience in finance and management from previous roles in various companies. These changes in leadership come at a time when the co-working space provider continues to adapt to market trends and focuses on strategic growth.
