Smurfit Kappa (GB:SWR) has released an update.
UBS Group AG has adjusted its holdings in Smurfit Westrock PLC, reaching a combined total voting rights of 5.56% after acquiring financial instruments. The changes crossed the notifiable threshold on July 9, 2024, with the company being notified two days later. Smurfit Westrock, a Non-UK issuer, is now influenced by UBS Group AG’s voting rights through shares and financial instruments like equity swaps and rights to recall lent shares.
