UBE Corporation has successfully completed the payment for the disposal of treasury stock, which is intended for restricted stock compensation to certain directors and executive officers. A total of 25,300 shares of common stock were disposed of at 2,842.5 yen per share, amounting to 71,915,250 yen. This stock disposal was finalized on July 25, 2024, as per the decision made in the board meeting on June 26, 2024.
