Tyra Biosciences, Inc. has appointed Susan Moran, M.D., M.S.C.E., and S. Michael Rothenberg, M.D., Ph.D., to its Board of Directors following the resignation of Isan Chen, M.D. The appointments, effective May 7, 2024, coincide with the Board’s expansion from nine to ten members. Both new directors bring valuable experience in medical and clinical development, with Dr. Moran having a background in oncology and drug approvals, and Dr. Rothenberg contributing expertise from his tenure at insitro, inc. and Pfizer. They will also serve on the Board’s committees and receive stock options and cash compensation as part of the Company’s Non-Employee Director Compensation Program.
