Tuya Inc. has announced the record date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote at its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) is May 21, 2024. Shareholders must lodge all valid share transfer documents by the specified deadlines for their respective regions to participate. American Depositary Share (ADS) holders can also instruct the depositary on voting, provided actions are taken before the record date.
