Tuya Inc., listed under stock code 02391, has announced the repurchase of 76,008 of its WVR ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange for an aggregate price of USD 130,277.71. This repurchase represents a minuscule 0.013% of the company’s issued shares, and all repurchased shares are slated for cancellation. The company has confirmed adherence to the Main Board Rules and has a moratorium period up to 26 July 2024 for any new share issues or treasury share transactions following the repurchase.
