Turnium Technology Group Inc. has reached an agreement to settle its $235,593 debt with former auditors Manning Elliot LLP by issuing nearly 3 million common shares. This strategic move allows the company to conserve cash for operations while offering the creditor an equity stake. The deal’s completion hinges on approval by the TSX Venture Exchange and includes a four-month holding period for the new shares.
