Turkcell Iletisim (TKC) has released an update.
Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. has announced its plan to issue debt instruments worth up to 8 billion Turkish Lira with maturities up to two years, targeting the domestic market through private placement or sales to institutional investors. The company’s Board of Directors has decided to apply for an issuance certificate from the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye to proceed with the plan.
