Turkcell Iletisim (TKC) has released an update.
Turkcell Iletisim’s subsidiaries, Turkcell Finansman and Turkcell Superonline, plan to issue sukuk lease certificates worth up to TRY 4.5 billion in total, targeting institutional investors in Turkey. These issuances will be done in tranches with maturities up to 12 months and are subject to the approval of the Capital Markets Board.
