Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. has announced the successful incorporation of its fully owned subsidiary, Artel Bilişim Servisleri A.Ş., with the registration completed on August 16, 2024. Artel Bilişim, which operates in the information technologies sector, is a strategic move by Turkcell to further its interests in the IT industry, with a capital investment of TRY 250,000.
