Turkcell Iletisim (TKC) has released an update.
Turkcell Iletisim has announced the liquidation of its subsidiary, Ultia Teknoloji Yazilim ve Uygulama Gelistirme Ticaret A.Ş., due to limited growth potential in its sector. The company plans to transfer Ultia’s assets, including intellectual property, to Turkcell Teknoloji Arastirma ve Gelistirme A.Ş. following a valuation by a licensed company.
