Turkcell Iletisim (TKC) has released an update.
Turkcell Iletisim has announced the formation of a fully owned subsidiary, Artel Bilisim Servisleri A.S., which will specialize in a wide range of IT and telecommunications services including software and hardware development, consulting, and R&D. The new entity is starting with an initial capital of TRY 250,000 and aims to support Turkcell’s infrastructure investments in information technologies.
