Turkcell Iletisim (TKC) has released an update.
Turkcell Iletisim has announced a significant capital increase of TRY 10 billion for its fully-owned subsidiary, Turktell Bilisim Servisleri A.S., boosting its capital to over TRY 17.9 billion. The company has fully exercised its pre-emptive rights to participate in the capital raise, with a quarter of the sum paid upfront and the rest to be paid within the next two years.
