Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri As (TKC) has released an update.
Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. has announced the approval of its 2023 financial statements and the election of its board members, along with a significant dividend of TRY 2.8531809 per share to be distributed in December 2024. The company also set the donation limit for 2024 at 1% of the Turkcell Turkey segment revenue and approved monthly compensation for the board members in line with employee wage increases.
