Many Peaks Minerals Limited (MPK) has a new substantial holder, Turaco Gold Limited (TCG), which now possesses a 10.02% voting power in the company through 5,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares. This move came following a share sale agreement that involved TCG offloading an 89% interest in the Predictive-Turaco JV to MPK. TCG’s acquisition was finalized on 8 May 2024, marking a significant change in MPK’s shareholder structure.
