Tuan Sing Holdings Limited has announced the mutual termination of its Hotel Management Agreements with Hyatt for the Hyatt Regency Perth Hotel, effective 31 August 2024. The hotel will undergo rebranding and repositioning post-termination, with associated costs of S$2.0 million expected to slightly decrease the Group’s earnings per share. These costs are not anticipated to materially affect the Group’s net tangible assets per share.
