TTA Holdings Limited has requested a trading halt on its shares pending a significant announcement related to its corporate direction and operations of its subsidiary, TEAC Australia Pty Ltd. The halt will be effective prior to market opening on April 17, 2024, and will last until the announcement is made or market opening on April 19, 2024, whichever is earlier.
