TT Electronics (GB:TTG) has released an update.
TT Electronics PLC successfully held its Annual General Meeting on May 10, 2024, with all proposed resolutions passed by shareholders. Key resolutions included the approval of the Annual Report and Accounts, the Remuneration Report, and the declaration of a final dividend, all receiving an overwhelming majority of votes in favor. Special resolutions were also passed, including the reappointment of the auditor and the authority for the company to purchase its own shares.
